<description>We are currently producing container homes/ cabins / offices and secure storage spaces here in San Jose.
We then ship them to site.

At the moment we have 3 project on the go and will take on 3 more to finish out the year.

Our goal is to incorporate as much green friendly &#38; recycled building materials as we construct them.

The structures are decommissioned shipping containers that we have been buying locally.
We sand blast them and repaint them adding windows and door opening were requested.

We are offering our clients a selection of different finishing options.

Our current clients have been designing there own living spaces. We then do up auto cad drawings so they can see the 3D image of the final product before construction.

These building blocks are like Lego for adults.
The clients seems to be really enjoying the design of these living spaces.

A 20 foot container is a 15 sq. meter space.
This is the smallest.
They come in 20' / 40' and 45' lengths.
Standard ceiling height is just under 8' and also available in High cube 9' ceilings on special request.

Not a day goes by that 1-3 people don't stop to tour the current structures we are building.

Most are of the interested parties are Ticos.
Many are looking for economical structures they can put on their vacation properties through out the country.
They like the fact they are so secure and that they can leave them without worries of having them broken into.

This is something, I the owner have been working with for about 20 years in an industrial atmosphere.
I used to work internationally at shipping ports and we would make our mobile workshops from these containers.
Years ago well overseas we joked about making bunk houses with them so we didn't have to travel back and forth to the hotel.
This joke spurred my imagination and I began designing different living spaces on my Auto cad program.

I personally plan on building my own home in the near future out of 40' containers put side by side.

This is an interesting alternative when building.
They are extremely solid building blocks.
These are seismic structures, bullet proof, near fireproof and extremely secure living spaces.
They can be easliy expanded. Moved to other locations.
Be long term short term and are easily modified.

Google images on container homes and you will see a wide variety interesting projects and ideas out there.

I am not advertising here, just thought I would add to the topic above.
