For the most part, the homes which are a walk to the beach, or are beach front, are in need of a remodel. Most often than not their selling prices are not reflective of their condition but the raw value of the land. This is not to say there are no beautiful homes within walking distance to the beaches of Playas del Coco or Ocotal, little by little they are being purchased by developers and individuals looking to either re-construct or remodel these testaments to how beach life was in the years behind us.
